2. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:
- Trial terms and whether payment information is required are subject to the product page
- You can experience core platform features (may vary by plan/tier)
- You can cancel the trial at any time
- No refund is applicable if no payment was made during the trial
3. Subscription Refund Terms
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Refund terms for monthly subscriptions are as follows:
- Within 7 days of initial purchase: Eligible for a full refund
- After 7 days: Current billing cycle is generally non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future automatic renewals
- Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (subject to your order/payment channel terms)
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Refund terms for annual subscriptions are as follows:
- Within 30 days of initial purchase: Eligible for a full refund
- After 30 days: Generally non-refundable; however, special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Enterprise contracts with separate terms shall be governed by those contract terms
4. Generally Non-Refundable Situations

- We will process the refund to the original payment method (subject to payment channel terms)
- Refund arrival time depends on the payment channel and financial institution processing speed, typically 5-10 business days

7. Subscription Cancellation
After canceling your subscription or receiving a refund:
